Our friendly Butchers at Beadlam Grange, near Helmsley in North Yorkshire are proud to serve you our home grown and award-winning Yorkshire beef from our Limousin cattle.
We’re proud to offer you all Yorkshire produce including Lamb, Pork, Poultry alongside Bacon and Gammon. Our butchers prepare fresh handmade sausages, burgers and lots of other tasty, ready-to-cook dishes like stir-fries and marinated Summer BBQ produce. They’ll cater to your needs, offering expert advice and to prepare fresh meat cut to your liking.
Our Butchery supplies all the meat that is served in The Bistro at Beadlam Grange including homemade sausages, cured hams, burgers and our succulent Limousin Steaks.
Mark & Peter select the Limousin beef from our own farm, it’s then taken to our local abattoir (Thompson’s at Spennymoor) just 40 miles away. The carcasses are returned to our onsite hanging facility and beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days. All the carcasses are broken down by our Butchers who skilfully present a wonderful display of home produced specialities. Our customers are spoilt for choice as we offer a large variety of meal solutions, making all our own burgers, sausages, stir fries, and an extensive BBQ range.
